Could anyone advise if 3 couples, who are all pensioners, are allowed to book a family cottage at Pretoriuskop on the discounted rate, if they are all able to prove their age? They would far rather all share a family cottage than be in 3 indiviual bungalows, as they are all members of one family.
Hope someone can help :pray:

Hi Safari Gal,

Yes you should not have a problem, as long as it is during the dates that the KNP allow discounts, have a look at the tariffs on the link below\;

Good luck and enjoy,

Hi Norman
Yes, it is during the discounted dates, but it says "huts and bungalows" whereas other camps say "all accommodation" - so I was not sure if the family cottages are considered "bungalows"???

Safari Gal, as far as I am aware if it says Huts and bungalows then any other form of accommodation is not allowed.
Some of the camps might say "All accommodation" then its just that, like Mopani for example and a few others.
But maybe a call to Reservations would clear up any confusion.

I also think that the pensioners rate applies to the 'base' rate, and additional adults are charged at standard rate. So if the base is 4, you will pay full for the other 2.

Yes, that is quite correct BB except of course in the case where its 'all accommodation" then it doesn't seem to matter.
