Oooooooh what lovely pics. Love the gemsbok at dusk and the cape fox and bat eared fox and AWC. Interesting sightings. Good information you are gathering, I'm sure.

Morning all,

It’s only a pleasure. I have almost lost the cam which was up at Kij Kij due to ........., I will give more detail once the pictures are downloaded and when I’m back from Mata-Mata. Luckily we were able to retrieve the camera safely, unfortunately the strap is missing and the cam was very dirty..

When the cam was able to take pics there is a few nice ones which shows the culprit which was responsible.

KG, seems you are very busy at Mata-Mata........let me know if I can come and "help", will drop everything and race to you aid!!!!!! If my wife won't mind

So here we go.

When we went to Nossob on Friday I asked the Twee Rivieren guide to go and retrieve the Kij Kij cam so that the pictures could be downloaded and posted.
On my return he handed me a cam which was in a state. He mentioned that the cam was lying about 6m from the termite mount and the strap was missing, with plenty of marks all around the cam.

Luckily the cam was still intact and I couldn’t wait to see the pics so that we can have an idea of what happened. It seemed that the cam was out there in the open for over a week without anything else taking it
