I will be at Isimangaliso Wetland Park 4 to 11 February, Norms thanks for the info we will most definitely be on the lookout.
I participate because I care - CUSTOS NATURAE
No to Hotels in and commercialization of our National Parks.
No to Legalized Rhino and Lion trade.
Done 144 visits to National Parks.

When growing up, the Narina Trogon was always a 'bird of legend', beautiful looking and oh os reclusive. I finally got my chance to see one at Roodewaal in the Soutpansberg in December 2010. We were lucky enough to have even better views at Golwe Vhurivhuri a few days later, with both the male and female showing nicely. I didn't manage to get any decent pics though :(

Just south of Port St. Johns there is a small manrove forest with good numbers of NT's.
