So the termite mound belongs to a leopard.....

Somebody will have fun trying to find out which one :roll:

Still producing great pics. Most enjoyable. :thumbs_up:

@Bush Baptist, i did have fun IDing that naughty guy! He is Dakotah and it is the furthest south we have seen him. :D

KG would you mind posting a pic, preferably a side shot, in the Leopard ID thread so that the forumites watching it can see the ID...cheers....and great work once again :thumbs_up:

AstroMatt, you must be brave to be able to ID Dakotah from that angle :roll: :shock:

@Astromat,

Unfortunately I don’t have a side shot of the leopard in question, leopard pics are normally blurred or they do not stand at the angle I would like them to.

There has been plenty leopard activity around Leeuwdrill and Samevloeiing (That is where the two cams are at the moment) so I’m hoping to get some nice pics from there
.

Have a great one

I thought it was a long shot, but still, i'm 100% sure so it doesn't really matter for the identification.

I did notice that the game drives were seeing quote a few leopards around Leeuwdril, looking forward to seeing what you get. :popcorn:

Wow wow wow!! What fantastic pics! Love these camera trap shots as we really get the impression of what the animals are doing unhindered by human presence - just a little glimpse of life - day or night - in the kalahari wilderness. Thanks KG for all the effort to share these moments with us die-hard KTP fans!!!

Morning all,

There are a few new pics which need to be posted, but things are just a bit on the hectic side. I will start downloading today and will post as soon as it is done.
