confirmation letter lost

Hi all.

We have run into trouble with our kruger booking which starts tomorrow. Due to us making bookings when we found available accommodation, we ended up with three different bookings. We have two of the confirmation letters. But we are missing one :( Furthermore, we cannot find the email.

Is there a way to get Sanparks to send the email confirmation again?
Or how do you solve the problem?

Do you have a client number C2111?

Is it the same client number used on all three bookings?

If so, register on the on line bookings, with that client number and you will see your bookings and can request a resend of the confirmation letter.

Dinkyest.

We can't log online. Its been a problem for yonks. We just can't log on because of password stuff we couldn't manage to fix.

We have an ABSA payment with a reservation number ... is that good enough?
Plus they all under the same client code.

Cheetah2111, if you have the reservation number and the client code it should be OK.

It is yes. If you know where you are booked, dates in which camps, and have your reservation numbers and client code, that is all you need. I very seldom ever show my confirmation of booking letter. Usually just give my name at reception and all goes fine from there. So you will be fine.

When you get back, please PM your on line details to me and we can ask Thulani to reset your p/w for you.

how to use a credit (after making amendement on reservation)

Good afternoon forumites,

I had to change a reservation and cancel 2 nights (online).
This created a credit on this reservation.

Can I use this credit to book a morning walk or a game drive in the same park (ie KTP)?
Can this credit be used to book a night or a morning walk in another camp (like KNP)?
Can this credit be refunded?

So if i want to book a morning in KTP or another park, i just email them and mention " please use my credit"?

You have a client number and a reservation number which you will give when making the booking for the activity - so it should automatically cancel out the credit. The activity will be listed on your Reservation Confirmation, and added to the total cost of your entire booking.

ok, so easy to use it for adding an activity on the same reservation number as the cancellation.
But how to add an activity using this credit on another reservation number?

That I am not 100% sure about and have asked Lesego to clarify for you. From what I understand, the credit is against your client number, not the reservation number - but I am not sure.
