The tent I stayed in at Skukuza had a fan inside it that was the size of a turboprop and had the noise and thrust to match, ....... so at least you will have a little bit of air circulation, albeit similar to an inflating jumping castle

I only mentioned the tents at Skukuza and Croc Bridge as those are the camps which Jarrod will go to.

I love the tents, all of them. If possible, put in a request for a tent at the fence at Croc Bridge. They are really special and very, very close to the fence.

If I could choose any type of accommodation, I would choose tents everytime.

Good Afternoon

We stayed in No 4 in Letaba in December 2010. It was 42C during the day and it stayed like that during the
night in the tent, the fan just circulated the hot air. We sat outside on the veranda the whole night,
listening to the sounds and wishing for a breeze. The tents are a great experience but for this year December we booked aircon bungalows, the heat was just unbearable last year.

Remember lots of mozzie repelent.

Second this. Only two though, but both are great with the bushveld view they have.

I have stayed in tents at Punda, Tamboti, Letaba, Skukuza and Croc Bridge but my best experience was the tents at Punda. They have a great elevated view and are far away from all the other accommodation.

I'm getting a little nervous. But still more excited than anything else! I am sure mom and son will manage this!

Mozzie repelent ready. Anti-malaria tablets on list too.
