One doesn't look like a guinea fowl, I wonder what kind of bird it is? :hmz:

Hi to all the cammers, I was in Addo on Sunday and took this pic of an elephant, It was close to the Main Camp waterhole where the webcam is situated and I believe that it is the same ellie that was captured on the webcam. I have circled the notch on his left ear and methinks it is the same as the webcam image.

It looks more like an AWC than a serval, but whatever it is, is a great sighting

Hi Cammers, :hello:
I was at the hide yesterday and indeed it is very quite out there.
I took these two pics of a Blacksmith Lapwing right in front of the hide.
You would not have seen it on the webcam because it was too close and low for it to be pickup by the webcam.

Hi again to all the Cammers,

Here is a pic of a Fiscal Flycatcher I took yesterday.
Often seen in this position on the webcam.

I was at the Addo Hide today and took this pic from within the hide.
I have circled the vegetation that was disturbed by the ellie that visited the hide yesterday.
Here one can see how close the ellie was to the hide

We are working on the lizards emancipation - for those who are watching, there are four lizards inside the webcam! We don't know how they got in as the unit is sealed.

Hi Vinkie, that was a brown hyena

Anne-Marie, that was a jackal. Black-backed to be precise :D

I would love to know what is in the water at Nossob. The jackals seem to be interested but are not doing anything. PietV

I think it must be a dead something. The BBJs have been milling around all day looking at it!
