Just finished this small table cloth for my caravan...a bit of a rushed job  :D last minute decision to make one as my niece " inherited" my other cloth

OUMIE - You are obviously a person of many talents... that cloth is really beautiful - I also think that mosaic is so very clever too- that must take immense patience, first cutting all the tiles into teeny tiny bits then piecing them all together. I'm curious as to whether you have everything planned out before you start, or whether you 'ad lib' a little as you go? Truly marvellous anyway

Thanks Kath, Yes I do plan everything before hand as I am not that artistic. ..I use my computer for the designs and use the internet a lot for my research on certain subjects
Also I have a fantastic teacher who taught me how to do fabric painting.
Tiling I learned from my SO as he was in the "tiling" trade :D

That's what happens with creativity - it's a work in progress, Oumie, and skills are refined and gained over time. It shows with you, and I really like your work. Nice cloth design above.

I've been mucking around with some of my pics recently and came up with the following results. Whilst I realize these are photos, they have been manipulated beyond what I would deem a photograph, therefore I hope the true artists on this thread do not mind me posting them here rather than on the photography pages? (Please let me know if you would prefer me to move them there).

I hope you like the effect?
