Moth: Lunar

Please can someone identify this moth for me. Not a good photo but it was taken long ago at Berg en Dal camp. One mite has suggested that it is a Lunar Moth but on looking it up on Google it is only found in North America. It looks very much like it as well.
Faith is the bird that feels the light when the dawn is still dark. Author unknown.

I think it may very well be a lunar moth, they do occur in SA. Argmena mimosae
