I'm a Venue / Training Coordinator for a Payroll Software Company based in Sandton. I try to make time to chat on the Forum, but it's not always possible. Wish I had less work, think I should delegate more!

Eventhough Nico already told what I am doing, I like to give a bit more backgroundinfo. Started as a journalist, than become a lawyer, went on working as an inspector for an organisation of the WSPA (animal protection), ended up as a wildlife-photographer. Hmmm, not a regular carrier progress, I'am afraid. But I love it. Apart from that I'm a mum, take care of a very old lady and last but not least, I do rehab of game orphans. So most of the time, outdoors, and ALWAYS (too) busy.

I'm a library technician for the African Studies Library in a large university here in the US...and while I love my job, I do miss being over in Africa. Am currently working on my Masters in Library and Information Science, but my undergrad degree was in General/Environmental Science. My dream has always been to work with wildlife...I'm trying to think up ways to combine the library science (research) and wildlife.
Hey if SANParks is ever looking for librarians...I'd be happy to help out! Hehe

Oh, I forgot to mention that I am also an artist on the side ...for the most part it is just a hobby, but I've done quite a few pieces on commission, sell stationary, jewelry and other things (just stating the facts...not advertising!!
Tried to say what my job is but couldn't. It didn't feel right. I'm a nature lover. When I am in KNP and browsing this forum, I escape. I don't want to bring my job into it. This is my escape. That place doesn't exist right now.

Yes, I do, and that is head of finance and recreational planning, which means I make sure we get to KNP as often as possible, and that is a very important job.

Hi all ! I've been working on a crisis-unit in a psychiatric hospital for 13 years, now doing a new study to become a social psychiatric nurse. Sounds a bit difficult, but it means in the future people will come to my office with their problems and I will not be working in a hospital any longer. Still for me any job is just a way to pay for my travels ....
