We al read of what other Forum members have seen, but how about we read what people haven't seen, but would like to see.

I've seen Roan and Tsessebe, but never a Sable. Also never seen a Wahlberg's Eagle.

Lets hear it.

Suni
Roan
Pels.

I happen to have inside info of recent wonderful Roan sightings :mrgreen:

. I am watching a few spaces hoping to see some wonderful pics, or videos.

Good lists thus far guys.

Another to add to my list is Honey Badger. The Satara regular has evaded me and I'm yet to see one in the wild.

Except for the resident at Satara in the reception area I've not seen a bush baby on a night drive for a while.

Keep the binocs,camcorder and camera ready guys.

Scops was seen around the dry dam near Lower Sabie.

My list of animals I'd still like to see in Kruger is:

Samango Monkey
Bat-eared Fox
Clawless Otter
Striped Polecat
Civet
Aardwolf
Brown Hyena (if there is still any left in the park)
Black Rhino
Aardvark
Bushpig
Lichtenstein's hartebeest
Red Duiker
Oribi
Suni
Grey Rhebok
Mountain Reedbuck
Pangolin
Porcupine

Many of the listed animals I have seen in other parks, but not in Kruger yet. Seems to me I'll have to go on more night drives to stand a chance to find some of them.

Aardvark
Caracal
Pels Fishing Owl
And a nice photo op with a Serval during the day.... that's not asking too much, is it? :whistle:

we are heading up north (Shingwedzi) on 13th September 2010 so hopefully we will see the Roan

Samantha, hang in there, the wild dog will come, we struggled for years searching for them until April when we found 7 and followed them for more than an hour

Been to KNP often - and still have not seen a single cheetah in KNP! So for now - that's the bee in by bonnet - I WANT TO SEE A CHEETAH IN KNP!!! :big_eyes:

Untill I've seen one - I'll just have to go back and keep trying :wink:

, and once I've seen my KNP cheetah - I'll search for something else. But I'll continue getting some excuse to HAVE TO GO BACK to KNP! :thumbs_up:
