At the moment it seams if there is no real interrest to meet as a cameraclub in the Gauteng area and we all have nothing much more to learn from each other...?

Not true! Just a matter of juggling the schedule. Was thinking of a Pilanesberg trip that weekend, and there's also a bird club outing that Sunday

If we can all but share some wise piece of camera experience with the rest (whoever is able to make it), it wil be worth the trip, I feel!

Ok, that's GREAT hearing from you all, I was beginning to wonder. I taught myself a few nice tricks as well on my last trip, so yes, much to share!

We are entering Bird Haven as photographers, so we may enter VERY early, what time were you guys thinking to meet at the gate? 07:30 AM? :hmz:

I usually exit the camp gates at 4.30 a.m. Too early?

Can one exit so early from other parks? KTP is quite strict on their exit times... :hmz:

Anyways, 07:30 it is, let me just make sure we can get in that early, the lady I've been in contact with said we can go in earlier, let me just find out EXACTLY how early! 8)

Just spoke to the lady at Bird Haven, she can let us in even before sunrise so that we can catch the best light or as we know it "Golden Hour"!

So, with this in mind, what time can we meet? The few of us that want to go in extremely early maybe can meet and the rest that wants to come later, can meet us inside? What do you think?

(Sunrise on the 29'th is 06:46AM)
