Sorry Elzet, it was supposed to be like this:

If you want a name, I think that TheunsH would be a perfect candidate. He is a lawyer, is very calm and balanced, not a "hot head" and has never made a post not according to the rules. Not always so his darling wife, but that has nothing to do with his qualities
I am sure he has the respect of everybody on the forums.

Hi Micetta! :D

Thank you for the compliment! And thank you very much for my nomination! 8)
I'm ready to take up my duties as the "mite with special veto powers" immediately...I'm just waiting to receive my perks, like my free Wild Card and my free three weeks per annum stay at any SANParks park of my choice!!

Billy and Robert, seven day cool-off period for you two for doubting my judgement!! :rtm:

Back to seriousness. I'm just kidding and I do trust the Mods for making the correct judgement calls...well some of the times!

We live in a democratic society, meant to be anyway. So no to publishing names, I'm sure they have not committed murder, rape or other serious crimes. Remember a coin has two sides. :)

I wish there was a 'yes - but only if...' button!

Provided the reasonS for the ban are shown - it may be a deterrant for others :naughty:

 Exactly my point when I mentioned wrongdoers being published in local papers here. A deterrant.

By speculating, are we dancing along the edge of Rule 13?

Getting a warning due to behavior in a topic about banning seems poetic...in a warped way.
