Maybe Mods should put up a "sample" thread of what they have to deal with on a daily basis...I was shown one recently because one thought I knew the culprit...scary stuff!

Anyway, I don't think there's really a finite answer to the question!

Hey Rooies, you should ask one of your beautiful secretaries to show you how to safe your "work" and how to copy and paste as well! When your 3 paragraphs are deleted you can then retrieve it from your saves and copy and paste it straight away back onto the forum!!

On a serious note tho; if it takes a while to type up a post (and there are many of us who take a while to do this) it is a good idea to either type up first in notepad or even in your Outlook, and just save your work. Then copy and paste into a post on the forums. If the internet should crash just as you are finished typing a hour long effort, you could loose all your work. It has happened before to many!

Sadly there are certain issues that if discussing will almost inevitably lead to conflict and result in shall we say heated conversation. I myself am guilty of posting comments that were unecessarily critical of proponents of retaining plantations on TMNP. Now however I avoid issues like this where I tend to let my emotions get ahead of me.
