Even resized down to 30 x 44 mm using irfanview (the shrink picture site won't allow me to save the resized avatar) , no luck ...

I just use either THIS website or I use Picture Manager in windows to bring it down to 70 x 70.
Appreciate what you have before it becomes what you had.
