 Post subject: 30th birthday present for myself - suggestions?

hi all

i am turning 30 at the end of the year and, as a gift for myself, would like to do a bush training course or a really good wilderness trail. does anyone have suggestions or recommendations for me? i like the idea of a wilderness trail but want it to be longer than 2 nights - i'm thinking something along the lines of 5 - 6 nights. it'll probably just be me as my SO is not interested in this kind of thing.

i would like the course to be near / at Kruger.

How about doing one of the back packing trails ??? or you can always do two different trails back to back .. ( must it be kruger???)

thanks for the advice re two trails - will think about it. doesn't have to be kruger, that would just be preferable.

Hi WW :D

what a lovely idea. The honorary rangers sometimes run courses, probably the best around. Johan van Rensburg, a forum member might be able to assist. PM him and he could point you in the right direction.
