On a related note, I was concerned that I did not hear back from reservations that my deposit (booked originally via email) was processed. I did some snooping around on the web page and was pleased to learn that I can see my "made via alternative means" reservations in the online booking system.

I see that I can also make payments online, which makes my life a bunch easier as I tend to wait to the last minute to let go of money.

I had a bit of a browse, but it looks like you have to register for the online booking system first?

Arks that could be. I used online booking back in 08 for an 09 trip, so my info was already there.

I tried to log in and check if I could make a payment, but the system says I need a password update and I'm waiting for the email instructions to do that.

Here I am, at my desk, daydreaming about my June vacation to SA. So I pull up my reservation pdf....

....for the first time, I realize that my reservation is wrong. :wall:

Right dates
Right accommodations
Wrong # of visitors :slap:
Wrong adult/child ratio :slap:
Wrong prices charged :slap:

So...what to do? I don't want to risk having any of my bookings cancelled, but I do want the reservation to be accurate so I'm not trying to figure this out at an entry gate after a long series of flights.

Any thoughts on the best way to move forward? I'd prefer not having to call if possible.
