Being from Cornwall, local products, Cornish pasties and Cornish clotted cream don't travel well. So I think we'll go to the other end of the UK and donate a bottle of Scotch.

Hi Hugh :) What about stuff like jams, honey, green fig preserve ... that kind of stuff ... do you think that will go ?

Scouter add to that pony pooh :D :D I am sure that sandy soil needs some .. but jokes aside .. Do you know if any of the local community are having any sort of stall to sell goodies .. as we dont want to compete But I would love some of that stuff on my silent auction The figs would be hidden .. Hugh loves figs

Come on mites, even if you give something small that costs R10 or R20, I'm sure it will be welcome and make some child happy.

I'm sure we could collect at least 150 gifts please give something.

Seriously though, will definately bring you some :)

and will definately bring Hugh some figs too :)

Maybe Jannie can come back to us on the jams etc ? Should we be looking at lots of thingsthat would appeal more to the local community do you think ? Toys, books ??
