It is great to be back although I can't spend so much time on the forum as I did before, I see so many great TR's that I know I won't be able to read now and some of them are from the special forumites that I have met on this wonderful trip. There is a lot of stories that still needs to be shared with you guys as well as kiekies that needs to surface on the forum so let the dice roll

OK guys I met the following mites in a very dodgy way, sommer got scared there for a moment...
I was following WendyA as we were moving from Maroela to Lower Sabie that morning and just past Leeupan this bakkie started flashing me!!!! I was thinking 'what the ...' as we were driving 30km/h and I didn't do anything wrong that I think off. Soooooo I pulled over and saw WendyA moving off in the distance, EISH what no? OK this couple stops next to me and the guy says:"Sorry but there is no advertising allowed in the Park" and I'm thinking... what an ass, I'm doing this for our rhinos And then I ask:"Are you serious? Ag no man..." They just start laughing and the chatter starts. I am really in my noppies because of this meet. We had a lekker kuier for about 15minutes and then they had to move on for a meet at Phalaborwa for the HR's. Never in my life would I have thought that I would meet IMBERBE (if you guys can remember in April when Cheetah2111 and I visited the Park we were fortunate to meet his twin on the H4-2) I believe that this is his SO with him?



Now this following couple was a special meet for me. As some of you can remember December2011 I had my first solo trip in the Kruger for 3 nights and it was also my first EVER TR on the forum. I went on a sunset drive at LS and met these two beautiful forumites that were so friendly and helpful, I forgot to bring a YR on that trip and they gave me my first YR ever, they were sommer immediatly part of my family. I heard that they would be the smae time as us in the Park this time and didsend them a pm so that we can meet up but was too late as they were already in the Park and had no signal to communicate. So I just hoped that they would see my massive YR and come up to us. So me and Wendy getting ready for a braai and not expecting anything, this car pulls up at Shing and these two peeps come to visit us. Yes, we shared an ice cold Savannah over the a few electrical conversations in the Kruger heat. And just as proof the kiekie had to be taken. THis is WIldImage and CarolV with me and WendyA



Now everybody know these two special people, their 4 month Kruger trip is almost finished. We went to visit them in Phala the one morning and had a lekker cup of MMC with them. WOnderful people that I will see again end February in Pretoors. Tannie Val can't wait to see you again



And then our last night at Lower Sabie us gals had the privilege to wine and dine with Mr. Leach What a lekker time we had together with all our fokkollies that we saw in the Park and lekker lag and a few brewskies over open fire. I would hesitate to camp with you in the near future. Well I don't know what he's got to say about this but a lot of fun it was for me

This is at Maroela camp, see Cheets (Well Cheetah2111 for you that don't know) busy on the forum updating our progress and WendyA reading what you okes have posted about our trip so far. Now I have to say, that Maroela was a lot of fun, we had baba ellies trumpeting the day we arrived, sounded like they were going to going to take over our camp, just breeding herds all over. I enjoyed that camp a lot and would return anyday.



Now this kiekie is one taken before all the fun started on 27 November 2012. It was the forums' Birthday and we were 10 mites getting together for a lekker Amarulatjie and the webcam appearance. Would like to say thanks to Dinks and Danie for the opportunity that was given and that we had the most fun ever, laughing like 13 year olds even though we had 1 glass each. Uhm not couni\ting the KPA's
These wonderful people that I met at Satara was Anniowl, Dellac and Victor (Dellacs' SO) we must make a plan for 2013

Have just been reading through your TR .. And yep I think we should try
something in 2013 ... At the moment we are here in the 'cold' UK
feeling very .. Anneowl of course is enjoying the summer in
Jo'burg .. Mind you we just found out yesterday that she was burgled and some
*****!! Has stolen her TV, camera, binoculars & laptop .. Not good news & worse still
she was in bed when it happened ... But I suppose at least she was okay
Anyway hope you are still enjoying your new work, and not being too hard on the little
'Darlings' in your class

Welcome back to the forum .

Great to have met so many 'mites on the trip . Must say we also had a few turn arounds and chasing down yellow ribbons during Sept 2012 .

Hi Heksie - glad you're back Thought that you'd been washed away in the floods.............

It was great meeting you and WendyA - even for a fleeting moment. We were on our way home (unfortunately....) and still half asleep - it was about 5.30am if memory is correct! By the way, P is behind the wheel (very unusual in KNP...) and F is peering over his shoulder.................yup! PNF is not one person but two. F is mainly on the forum and P provides pics whenever a TT happens (not often!)
