GP, you have to contact a VHR (you can do so over dinner), he informs the region of your donation. We log it as a donation from you (in broader terms, from the forum). Someone from the region (possibly said VHR  ) will write to Augrabies informing them of your donation and your wishes. Augrabies will tell us who the correct person is to whom you have to hand over your donation. We let you know what arrangements were made and you hand it over when you get to Augrabies. Augrabies will confirm with us that they accepted it.

Simple really. :hmz:

Picnic, off course we're on!!

Thanks JenB!

I think that answers my question and that of many others. Sorry about being pig-headed about this but have to make sure the mods have some work to do now and then.
Seriously though, it's about the cause and I for one would rather do it correctly. 8)

We're going way off topic here, picnic.

But, keep that thought in mind.

A last question from me, I promise. :D

Are the names of the VHR's common knowledge?

If you hate one, you're able to contact another you're comfortable with?
