Welcome back Jenb :D

DB, I agree about Muhummad's most generous donation. Mine is in my cubbyhole. I know, without a shadow of doubt, that it is something that MM will have to use one day and something she will be very gratefull to have.

DB you were great the whole weekend. Not only did yo have enough energy to welcome all the peeps but you joined in the fun AND always had time to listen and help out! I honestly think that your role should be applauded more.

Nedrette is a lovley person with energy levels that could power the whole of SA! Eskom - beware!

All in all; of all the mites I met I have to say, that despite all the differences we have on the forum, we had an incredible time. Meeting all these great people gave me a new respect for the forum. And then having the oppertunity to listen to all the Speakers gave me a new love for the park and I feel safe in the knowledge that they DO CARE!!!

Cricket 2009 - a united forum victory!

I am so nervous to write thank yous .... what if I forget out some of the vital role players

Nedret did give a vote of thanks at the dinner on the Saturday night.

I would just personally like to thank each and every forum member for your wonderful support both here on the forums and at Skukuza.

I do believe we came together as one happy family that weekend.

Thank you too all at SANParks for their role in the arrangements, and to those at Kruger, who were such gracious hosts.

I would like to give thanx to a very special young man, this one.

RobertT's son.

He sat in the same spot all day, eyes fixed on the pitch. Counting every run, ball, over and wicket, while having to constantly give the current score to the bloggers. Not taking a break or complaining once.
Young Master RobertT, you are a fine 'mite in the making!

I shall relay the messages to the young man. Am rather proud of him and good just comes naturally to him. I on the other hand have to work on the good.

DB, you angels mustn't confuse subservience with working the opposite sex to get what you want out of them. Take for example when I carried your laptop into the function in Skukuza, I also let you walk in front. You believed I was doing this out of manners, which is what I wanted you to believe and I scored kudo's. But the real reason was, it was the first time at the place, we are in the wild and going down a path, so I thought, If i carry DB'S laptop I have a weapon if a snake appears I can drop the laptop on it. If DB is in front I also get advance warning, so I have advance warning and a chance to clobber the snake with a laptop. If all that still fails, chances are DB will trip over laptop giving me more time to get away and if that also does not work. I reckon with a head start I am also faster than DB.  These priciples have been passed on through the generations
