Hi Everyone
I bounced this off one of one of the mods earlier for an ok which was given.

Basically with the updated roberts and Sasol guides out a lot of us have old copies lying around the thought is to donate these to the forum for distrobution to the field rangers in the various parks, with the use of some stickers we can update the names and they are as good as new in many cases. It may be an idea to do them on regional bases as workshops with a braai and a few beers afterwards that way they are updated consistently and also bought to central collection points. the forum can then decide how to distribute them.

any takers on this I see it as a way to get instant education to the field rangers at little cost

Many thanks lovehyena every book will be put to good use I will give it a few days and see what response we are getting and see what sort of volume of books we are getting then we can see how many stickers we need and I will get my local printer to print them up and either distribute them to the regions or co-ordinate the books to Kzn and do them here volume dependent. As I am in the logistics game I can arrange movement around the country and from Europe fairly easily and with the citrus season opening in May all roads lead to Durban so that should not be too difficult. once the cricket is over and the members recovered I think there will be more action on this topic and we can take it from there.

As you love the hyenas here is a cutie I saw at Afsaal KNP in Feb Image

Great idea wingman,

I don't really have a spare book at the moment, but who knows what can be arranged in the future.
But I am more than happy to help out with the updating of names. :D
