...eish...can I say it again *you are way too nice-THANK-YOU*...we've bumbled along and we're almost there...I'll see everyone on Fri Night or Sat!

The programme for 23 February 2007 will run as follows:

19.00: Informal evening at Selati-meet and greet those attending and give a run down of the next day's programme...a bit of 'house keeping'...but if you're not attending you can catch up on Sat am...BRIGHT AND EARLY...

The programme for 24 February 2007 will run as follows:

MC for the day: Raymond Travers

Matches:

08:00 - 10:00 Kgalagadi vs Forum
10:00 - 12:00 Skukuza vs Kgalagadi
12:00 - Lunch and American Auction of 5 cases of beer donated by Hippotat. WTM to do the honours
12:30 - address by Frikkie Rossouw
12.45 - address by Wanda Mkutshulwa
13:00 - 15:00 Fun match...
15:00 - 17:00 Winner Match #1 vs Winner Match #2

Dinner will be hosted at the Golf Club and the programme runs as follows:

MC for the Evening: William Mabasa

18:30 Arrivals
19:00 Address by Dr Mkhize and hand over of trophy
19.20 Dinner (The menu now includes a lovely vegetarian Poitjie...)
20:20 Lucky draw (prizes donated by Marco Ravetto and Restio has donated something yummy too) Draw to be done by selected by Jan Kriel
20:30 Forum Presentation and vote of thanks by W@H Presentation to be received by Wanda on behalf of the CE.
20:40 Vote of thanks: Nedret Saidova
20:50 Dessert and Coffee

If you're not sure who's who on the programme, you'll find out soon enough :)

IT'S VITAL THAT YOU ARE OUT OF CAMP AND HEADING FOR THE GOLF COURSE AS SOON AFTER 6 AND BEFORE 6.30 pm :)

...a cash bar will be available in the evening and during the match. If you didn't order a boerie roll, bring a packed lunch...

It will be HOT-so hats and sunscreen...the raffle will go all day (to be drawn on the 20 March-i'll have sheets with me to give out to people who want to sell)

MM will have her fundraising goodies on the go...Anyone with 3G and a lap top is welcome to bring that too...

I will commandeer bloggers and commentators as and when needed ( :twisted: )

I'm off to Kruger in the am...but I'll be checking my mail and the forums as and when I can over the next few days...please let me know if you have and queries or need any info :)

All I can say is that I hope you all have a really magic week-end.

A huge amount of time and energy has been put into organising everything (and by the Angels getting into shape!) - it's really fantastic how a silly idea has grown into a well organised week-end with such great support from both SANParks and the forumites.

I shall be thinking of you all as I'm winging my way across the pond to Atlanta (pity I can't get the forum webcam on the seat-back TV!).

If it is as great a success as it promises to be and it happens again next year, I'll definitely be there!

It should be - I have now added Kathysa & SO and Vonnie is hoping to come past too. I believe MM has a mystery guest or two - so mystery guests are not included. If I have left anyone off, please correct me asap!
