There is a mini-meet at Roodewal next year early June with a well-liked foreign mite in attendance.


Perhaps we could get this cleanup to coincide with his presence in the South? (Early June might prevent us from dying of heat exertion too).

Chopping away at aliens plants? - that will ruin my spa treatment and plestiek nails. Perhaps we should dedicate that to the musketeers, and the angels can clean the rubbish alongside the roads?

Then, once we are done, we can get the Musketeers to massage our tired muscles, whilst serving us cocktails with them fanning us with the alien palm leaves they have chopped off.

Already all weekends in June 2012 have some bookings at Malelane camp! In May there are still some weekends open. If you want to get the camp to yourselves you must move fast! Perhaps someone can even talk with Stephen Nel about this???? (not me......I will help once sorted with WORK arrangements!)

Ok, thanks for this, EJ, it means that if we wish to get this off the ground, we should move fast. Please advise who Stephen Nel is and how we can get hold of him.


Mites, please post asap if you are available during May, and also which weekends. Off to Kruger today, so someone else needs to take over here.


Bugger Hunny, will you take it forward (again)?

Sorry, I got that one all wrong. Ok, so we split the work teams. Half the witches can cut down aliens, while the other half feed us cold ones and fan us with cut branches. Then when the whistle blows, the teams trade places.

Oh, we'll also need a team of angels, I mean witches, to braai wors for us in case we get hungry supervising all this enterprise. We can sell the wood from the cut trees to subsidise the wors, rolls and chilli sauce. So we'll be hard at work discussing marketing plans while supervising and making sure there is no slacking.

See, we can multi-task. Drinking, supervising and discussing marketing stragedies.

Stephen Nel is camp manager Berg en Dal, and also over Malelane camp and gate. He would be the best person to liaise with on this. Just call BnD and ask to speak to him, or email him (stephen.nel@sanparks.org)

Zet. You have called me so many different names today that I am now foncused as to who I really am.

I have sent an e-mail off to Stephen Nel requesting dates in May when Melelane is least occupied. Will follow-up on this Monday. Got to dash, serious workload that has been neglected. Can't concentrate with all this noise going on.
