We had a superb meeting. Everyone mixed well and chatted away. I am sure that MM and Hawk will post some photos later.

You guys missed out on Sharifa's Breyani and choc pud!!!

pfft, can see who left the party early 'all those that already posted', we just got home (nothing to do with road works at the time of posting) rofl

.. but yes, it was an awesome meet ... and yes the moderators are as scary in real life as they are on the forums, but seeing that even Joe was behaving himself, not even an 'assistant finger' had to be waved!

Kudus MM (beats the Spur any day)!!!

ps Somethings up with Batmad, he wasn't his usual vibrant self (maybe because his parents were watching him ... thanx for organising this anyway!!!

Now that was a lovely meet! :clap: :clap: My first time, but what a lovely bunch of people! 8) And to put the aliases to the actual people is always wonderful. Of course, most images that our brains conjure of a person based only on written text is bound to be incorrect, but that is most of the fun.

Thank you to all who organised it - especially Batmad and Meandering Mouse - it was indeed worthwhile. Maybe one day we will have a similar meet overseas - who knows?

I can just agree with what's been said already. It was a great afternoon.
It was really nice to meet everyone ( or to meet nearly everyone there) and to be able to put the faces to the names now. :D
