I am not really a spider enthusiast, so I wouldn't know any better!

Location: Red sand, why do I keep thinking of red sand?
The largest ever found webs come from a nephew of this spider, Caerostris darwini, a giant orb spider.
These spiders form their webs over rivers, spanning up to 25 :!: meters, and the webs have a surface of around 2.8 square meters.

Once had a few of these spiders with their magnificent webs in our garden but they have disappeared. We live out of town in the KZN midlands and have large natural garden. What can I do to reintroduce them?
