Does anyone have any information about the Knotthorn moth which lays eggs in the Tamboti seeds?

It is actually not the Knotthorn moth but the jumping bean moth, more accurately known as Emporia melanobasis (jumping bean moth).

Sources:

Field guide to the insects of the Kruger National Park, Leo Braack, Struik, 2000, p. 126
Insectlopedia of Southern Africa, Erik Holm, Lapa publishers, 2008, p. 106

Ps. I have sent the info to VS.

 - It was researching in her office that turned up Knotthorn moth initially!!!! We thought it might be another common name of the 'small grey moth'????? The species was the same although the full scientific name was not given. It is turning into a really interesting exercise!
