Hi all.

I am struggeling with an issue on the online system. When I try to amend my reservations the system keeps telling me that it could not retrieve my reservation itinerary details, meanwhile the accomodation that was available is booked right under my nose by another lucky Kruger visitor? We all know that June, July is a full booked time and if we want the accomodation we like we have to watch the online bookings, but how can I amend if it keeps giving me an error.

Any help please?

As far as I am aware you cannot amend online, you need to call reservations.

I was in the same boat a week ago. It seems if you've made the 1st reservation telephonically, the reference number is not recognised online.

I found it easier to give Central Reservations a call and make the changes that way.

Don't need to hassle with slow connection speeds either!

RobberT thanx for your reply, but I beg to differ.
You can amend by changing the type of accomodation,date and or pay outstanding amounts online.
But yes I can not amend if the system keeps throughing out errors.

It seems that if I understand correct and thanx to the e-mail from Steven jm,that the system advertises accomodation as available wich is not. Then when I try to book that accomodation the system gives an error.
I hope I got it right Stevenjm?
