Lesego, any news on the Kanniedood dam? Will it be repaired orwill it stays demolished? Is there any point in repairing the Kanniedood hide if there is no water?

Will it not be better to build another hide at one of the other waterholes close to Shing?

Dear Rooies

Please note that Kanniedood dam will be rebuilt, however this will take some time. The hide will be repaired as it was not severely damaged.

Is there an up date on Crook's Corner?
I know it was closed for ages after the Jan floods, and then re opened.
Then I'm sure I read somewhere that it recently closed.agsin.............what is the state of affairs at the moment?
Any info would be appreciated.

Hi

Was there on the 30th December 2013, roads to Crookes corner and Pafuri picnic site and a few other dirt roads were closed as it had rained quite a bit, sure they will be open if it has not rained to much.

Shingwedzi has posted a notice om which roads were closed.

Enjoy
