We were at Lake Panic in April and Lake Panic is 100% and busy as always

Took this images just after the flood and there were no structural damage.

My favourite place in Kruger is the Olifants river bridge. I just love the river and all that can be seen from that one spot. I was quite saddened to see how it has changed because of the flood and wonder how long it will take for the surface sand to collect again and for reeds to grow again. Right now it looks a bit "rougher" than normal but I am sure that in years to come it will once again be restored to its former glorious self.
I have created a photo of before and after.
