Another thought.

I would clear everybody out of Tamboti and stay there myself and invite guests to stay. Sorry all you other Tam lovers.

Very tough question to answer.

I would consider Lanner Gorge, Mpondo Dam (opposite of the tourist road), Sirhini Dam, along the S125, and on the Biyamiti River (a few km's from the camp on the opposite side of the river).

I think I would choose near Biyamiti.

KNP is sacred. I am opposed to the modernisation of Kruger and from the depths of my soul long for the Kruger of yesteryear! 1000+km on foot in KNP incl 56 wild trails.200+ nights in the wildernessndloti-indigenous name for serval.

My castle will be erected just South of Roodewal on the Timbavati Road - on the not often used gravel road that ends up at a cliff face, pool of water.

Doispane is also a good option... once it has been renovated.

Upon retirement you are offered a house in the Kruger. Would you accept and move there to live there full time? Would living in the Park full time take away the magic of being in the Park? :?

If u take up the offer where would this house be situated??

At the base of the koppie at Mangala. Not accessible to the general public, which of course is the whole point.
