Hallo Everyone!!!

Some of you might already know about this and I would like any help you guys out there can offer.

Last year I had a memorial Bench erected in honour of my late Grandmother. The bench was placed in front of the restaurant against the fence at Satara.

If you are going to Satara any time soon, are you able to please let me know how the bench is going? Is it still in a good condition and being looked after? Can one still read the plaque or has it now faded to nothing?

Anything at all will be greatly appreciated! A pic would mean the world to me!!! I don't know when I will be able to go next as I have University commitments...

Here is a pic of the bench and plaque.. plaque is not in the best shape I am afraid, the writing is starting to come of...

People did look at me with a strange expression on their face for photographing a bench.. but then again I have done much worse in this camp.

My mother-in-law, Dawn Bell, passed away in July 2010. My father-in-lawn, Stan Bell, passed away many years ago and now they are finally together again. We have had a memorial bench erected in their honour at Pafuri Picnic site.
We currently live in Geneva, Switzerland and will only be back on vacation in South Africa & the Kruger Park in June 2011 so are unable to see the bench.
Please would anyone visiting Pafuri over the next few months be so kind as to take a photograph of the bench & the view from the bench and either post on the forum or email to me.

I went to Pafuri picnic site on the 28th and as promised went to have a look if I could find the bench...
I couldn't find it and asked Frank if he knew where I could find it.
He knew exactly what I was talking about and said they delivered the bench the previous week but didn't send the correct spanner with to assemble it (which would have been the next day)
He showed me on a hand drawn map where the bench was going to be set up and then took me to the spot...
Here are some pics taken from the spot the bench is standing now.

I know questions re this topic have been raised before, i just cant find them.

My dear friend passed away Nov 2nd last year, our circle of friends and family are keen to erect a bench if at all possible, as her greatest passion in life was Kruger, her fav camp Baluli.

Please peeps some advice on who to contact.
