Hi Everyone.

I mostly tend to wear my army top and camouflaged trousers, or my Khakhi shirt with camouflaged shorts. I remember once going on a night drive from Skukuza and it was freezing cold, so I walked into the safari vehicle with my Khakhi Shirt, a black jacket, a winter hat to make sure my ears were warm, and my camouflaged shorts and these international tourists just bursted out Laughing  as if I looked like a clown  , probably did  but it did not bother me too much because I got a lot of attention in the car and a lot of questions came my way to which I did not know the answers of

I can just picture that!

In Bontebok, similar, except that this tannie was local and could have got about 3 hippos in her blue gown. Commonality was curlers.

I am just glad that on Christmas day there are no Christmas Fathers in hot red suits and black boots walking between the rondawels

Summer: Shorts, t-shirt, slops, cap and a layer of sunscreen
Winter: Shorts, t-shirt, slops, cap (covered by track pants and top for morning until it warms up).

How do you know! :naughty:

How else are the children in Kruger gonna get their prezzies?

I even saw him off duty one July, at Orpen, resplendant behind his thick white beard, with red trousers & braces covering a checked shirt. He tried to throw us by speaking Afrikaans, but it didn't fool us. We could see through the disguise!
