You are all correct. On a good day he reached about 500 Million people all over the world. What a loss he is to conservation..

I watched a few of his documentaries this weekend on animal planet, all about his life and work, and I was very impressed by the man. Africa would be lucky to have someone so passionate about his continent.

Next question....
Vampire bats do each others favours in times of need by regurgitating blood for one another. These favours are remembered by the recipient, and will next time return the favour. Also if one bat rejects another, the "rejectee" will remember that, and will not do the "rejector" a favour next time......

True to the sharing.
Vapire bats need blood at least once every few days to survive. If they can't get blood, they'll approach another vampire bat whilst roosting, asking for a blood 'transfusion'. The blood is exchanged mouth-to-mouth in a motion that looks very much like kissing.
