Running out of questions? Perhaps we shouldn't answer so quickly. :hmz:

Myth. The secretary bird does eat snakes, but many other living things too. So, snakes is not its main diet.

Doesn't look like anyone else is going to respond, but then again there is no need ... both of you are correct.

Fact or myth: The creation of a Liger is possible in the wild, as both lions and tigers exist in the wild in the same area?

Fact that they do live in the same area in India, but highly unlikely that it will happen.

I'll wait before revealing the answer Dr. Phil Image

Someone else may want to hazard a guess...

Myth. It is only through human intervention that the two are forced together. In the wild, different predators are enemies and will not mate with each other naturally.

Agree it's a myth. Predators see each other as a competition for food and will kill each other at every available opportunity. A typical example is the rivalry between Lions and Hyenas. Those of you that have seen the film 'Eternal enemies' will know. I have also seen videos of a Lion that went out of his way to kill a Cheetah, and on the programme 50/50, they showed a Leopard killing a Caracal in the Kgalagadi.

So, they make war, not love.
