   .. yes, me too .. but .. it's a confusing question .. according source found on internet the answer was .. 3 (for me) ...

Olifants lookouts :rtm:
The Olifants River is generally considered to be the dividing line between southern and northern Kruger. From Olifants Camp, the river takes a wide northerly sweep towards its confluence with the Letaba in the Lebombo foothills. There are three lookout points over this wide, rocky section of river, all set high above the water and off ering expansive views across the savanna. The first is a get-out point about seven kilometres east of Olifants on the S44. The second is in Olifants Camp itself, directly in front of the restaurant, while the third, Nwamanzi, is on the H1-4, about 10 kilometres west of Olifants. Apart from the obvious hippos and crocs, abundant game moves to and from the river in an unending stream.

.. so, impossible for everyone to answer correctly at this question Boorgatspook.  if you never been at this lovely place.. :x

..

Congrats to Freda & mikev   .. off course ...

.. sorry for the back up .. but what about the scarlets ..
.. Remember BGS, the answer of your question was : 5 species ... According my sources ( Field Guide to Butterflies of South Africa , Steve Woodhall) ... 4 species are only described in SA ( Common, Dark-banded, Black-tipped and Bush scarlets) .. please, give me the name of the fifth, for my personnal education ?? ... Thanks ...

@ JF: Firstly i apologise for the rather confusing aspect of question two in Round 2! Maybe it was the little devil inside me

Regarding the scarlets: According to my source: "What's that Butterfly?, Steve Woodhall, there are 5 species of Scarlets to be found in SA. The fifth being Scarce Scarlet. Common and Bush Scarlets being well known and the lesser-known Scarlets being the Black-tipped, Dark-banded and Scarce Scarlets.
