Butterfly-ant relationships are actually quite common, particularly in the northern hemisphere.

As far as the multi relationship goes, I think they are classed according to the overall result over time. The caterpillar gets the best out of the deal, so they are classed as parasitic. The honeydew is not enough to cover the cost of the feeding on the larvae, its really just a con to get into the nest. As for the ants eating the adults, thats incedental, not a real relationship (a one night stand :wink: )
