Sorry for the delay

Name 5 differences between the thick tailed bushbaby and the lesser bushbaby. (apart from size).

Here's my attempt ...difficult to find 5 differences :hmz:

Thick-tailed bushbaby
1. Less active
2. harsh & repetative wail
3. mostly gumnivorous and frugivorous
4. gestation 133 days
5. litter 2 or 3 once a year depending on locality.

Lesser bushbaby
1. More active
2. loud & shrill call
3. eat insects and gum
4. gestation 125 days
5. twins born twice a year.

Well done Kamp Runner

Also
Thick tailed are unable to land on their hind feet after leaping
Lesser appear to be afraid of the dark  as they only forage at dawn, dusk and when there is a moon :)

You're IT !

Gosh......correct you say  I'm surprised as I found it difficult to find 5 differences (once you took size away  ) as they are so similar

Thanks guys :D ..I will endeavour to find an interesting mammal for the forumites to ponder over :hmz:

1. I am named after a newspaper.

2. I am often mistaken for another because we have similar nocturnal habits and threat display.
