Dear All

Please note that the Kanniedood birdhide at Shingwedzi is currently open after the January 2013 floods.

Thank you for all the people that worked so hard at Shingwedzi. Just spend 5 nights there. A new modern reception, new modern shop and prices are not unreasonable and the atmosphere is still the same. the area under Kanniedood dam has changed- no trees and one can see the dam wall from the road. The causeway was closed while we were there, seems a big part was washed away.

Hi,

Is there a new camp map available for Shingwedzi since it has reopened after the floods. We will be there in May and would like to see if there would be any reason to request specific a specific bungalow depending on the location of our chosen type of accommodation.

Thanks.
