Well done to all the officials :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap:

We passed two speed traps during our short stay. Seems they had no shortage of customers.

We were pretty much on the road on the first of January. Although the picnic areas were very full, everyone seemed to be behaving themselves very well. We stopped at the Letaba day visitors area for a break and Sanparks officials were very strict in searching every picnic basket.

The only problem I encountered was when a man flagged me down close to the Olifants turn off. He needed to know how to get to Phalaborwa gate. :big_eyes: :big_eyes: :big_eyes:

Poor man, it was already past five thirty. He had been at Letaba and obviously taken the wrong turn at the four way stop. Despite leaving on time, there was no ways that he was going to make the gate. I wished that I could have given him a number to dial. I really felt sorry for him.
