Yes, you may recall a few years ago someone submitted a video to 50/50 showing this display and it was the first time in birding history someone recorded this behaviour. It was the overall winner for that year.

I saw this Red-Crested Korhaan in the Kruger this year. It was very hot and it was in the shade which made it difficult to photograph.

I'm sure this is a Red Crested Korhaan and I think it is a male. If I am mistaken and its a female will somebody please let me know.
Taken on the S90 in Nov 2010.

We saw a beautiful Red-crested Korhaan on the Ngotso Weir Road S89 on the 14th October 2011. We didn't realise how rare seeing the red crest was, we got several photos and about 5 minutes of video :D

A Red-Crested Korhaan next to the road close to Orpen Camp in the Kruger National Park. It is amazing how good these birds are camouflaged.
