Hi DotDan, thanks, we're at Mopani for 3 nights, Skuks for 2, and BnD for 2.
BB, leeukos - I like that expression - that will be my problem too, but I'll push my luck as much as possible!!

263 with Grey-backed Sparrow-Lark, Lizard Buzzard, Kittlitz's Plover and Caspian Plover.

Haven't updated here in a while and no idea which birds were added since the last time....well I remember the Arnot's Chat only because I was trying for it for 5 years before adding it this year during the birding weekend in Punda.

Total now 341

I'm going to KNP on Sunday for a week, so hopefully I will get over the 300 mark - been on it for too long.

Hey FD, if I remember correctly, the Ovambo Sparrowhawk and Rudd's Apalis on that trip was also new :)

Well, our wonderful week in Kruger produced 131 positive ID's. I was surprised not to see a single duck, as well we didn't spot any cuckoos, canaries or larks, and very few raptors. I realised that we were obviously ahead of all the summer migrants. I'll post a few pics in my upcoming trip report.

Glad your trip went well! 131 is a great total so you must have been a busy fella... :wink:

Do you not use audible means of ID? I'm sure you must have heard Diederik's and Piet calling? :P
