Made a real effort last week to add a couple birds to my Kruger list. It is not so easy anymore :)
Added Lark-like bunting, Striped Pipit, Booted Eagle, Lazy Cisticola, Bushveld Pipit and Cape Batis.
New total 410

At Renosterkoppies near Skukuza. Really difficult to spot on those huge rocks, little patience (and luck) is needed. :D

Do you SABAP, Bosnimf? Would be great to register that one, as the only known locations for them in Kruger currently are up north in the Maluleke region and then around Pretoriuskop and the Ship mountain.

Olifants Camp used to have Striped Pipits until a few years ago when "progress" gave it a face-lift. However, I am convinced that the pipits will still be around near the camp somewhere... The habitat is perfect for them.

No wildtuinman, I don't atlas.
I also didn't know that you could get striped pipit there, but we read, "Prime Origins - Best Birding in Kruger" and "SA Birdfinder" and according to both, Striped pipits are regulars around Shirimantanga area. We spent a while in the area and were finally lucky to get one at Renosterkoppies!

Photo proof
