Duck 37 - 11 participants.

Answers:

Wood sandpiper
1. Image

Crested francolin
2. Image
Martial eagle, juvenile
3. Image
Red-backed shrike, female (The greyish brown crescent marks are diagnostic for female and juvenile)
4. Image
European bee-eater
5. Image
Burchell’s starling ( Easy to mistake for a Meves’ starling, if you do not know that the pic was taken in Southern Kruger )
6. Image

Greater blue-eared starling (Dark broad mask)
7. Image

Black-crowned night-heron, juvenile ( Orange eye; the juv. green backed heron has a yellow eye)
8. Image
Broad-billed weaver (This one creted a few problems. Only 3 ha d this one right. The only dark weaver to have a massive black bill, which you cannot see on the pic and WHITE WING PATCHES, which you can see on the left hand side. Habitat: Reedbeds, when breeding)
9. Image

Bearded woodpecker couple (The bonus is to notice that it is a male and a female)
10. Image

The answers are not very detailed and I beg your pardon :( Will do better next time
