How about Mountain Wheatear? Here's a picture from Wikipedia:

The males vary a great deal in plumage. Sometimes the white shoulder patch is present, sometimes it's absent. Some have a white cap, some don't. Sometimes the white undersides extends well onto the breast, at other times it's restricted to the belly or even just the vent.
