These birds where very common in the WSBG when we had the Gauteng spring meet. i also saw one in my garden :shock:

was very happy to see one in my own garden :D

Apalis, Bar-throated

This bird is fairly common and can be found from Kruger, Mozambique and Zimbabwe down along the coast and its range stops at cape town round about.
it has a black bar that runs across its neck and in a different race has a yellow under belly.
