Addo Elephant National Park is presenting a fun-filled holiday programme for kids at Addo Main camp this winter holiday from 23 June to 6 July.
Children of all ages – and even the not-so-little but young-at-heart – are welcome to join in the educational activities to learn more about nature and the Park.
Guided walks to meet the fascinating creepy crawlies and plants of the Park are on offer as well as special Kid’s game drives on the Park’s open safari vehicles. Children can listen to fun animal stories during story hour or enjoy some hands-on arts & crafts or origami sessions.
Activities take place at the Ulwazi Interpretive Centre in Addo Main Camp and are free of charge, except for the kids’ guided game drive. Both day and overnight visitors are welcome to participate.
Booking is essential for the kids’ guided game drive (for ages 6 to 11 years only) and can be done through the Game Drive Office on
addogamedrives@sanparks.org or tel 042 2338657. Entry fees are payable when visiting the Addo Elephant National Park.
