We have been going to Kruger for anumber of years now, but having moved to the Eastern Cape, we have been to Addo more frequently and got to hear more specfics about Addo. Particularly the Buffalo, and how they have changed their behaviour.
We are used to seeing big herds in the Kruger, and have seen some herds of over 100 in Addo,
What has changed?
What were they like before?

Previously they were nocturnal and spread all over the park.

Since the introduction of lions they have herded together for 'safety in numbers' and become diurnal.
