Addo Official Guide

Unread postby anitagibbs » Mon Oct 27, 2008 6:13 pm

Is the Addo Official Guide, as advertised on the website, available to purchase either by post to the UK or as a downloadable pdf file?

It's still 10 months till my visit, but it would be great to be able to see what's in store, and maybe even do a little pre-planning!

Thanks.
Anita

Hi Anita,

I do not think it is down loadable, and Megan will be able to tell you if you can order via post.

It is worth trying to get hold of a copy.

In the meantime - have a look around the website, and please ask any questions that could perhaps help you plan your trip :D

Hi Anita,

You can purchase the Official Guide from the Park Shop. Email them on knpado@outofafrica-sa.com

They will require your credit card details plus an email authorising the deduction for the guide and postage from your card.

Good thread, I will be sending off for a guide. Hopefully it will arrive before the Christmas break for some pre-planning. Less than 3 months to go now, we are really looking forward to our visit

Stark, as far as I know one can only buy it in Addo. I have a copy here - was there anything in particular you wanted from it? Or is more for an aid to trip planning?

Just curiosity, DB. :) Any trip to Addo would be 2 yrs from now, so I'd buy it more for a leisurely read and reference. (Mrs. Stark and I are also thinking about inviting my sister and BIL on our next trip -- having the guide book handy would help with that!)
