Hi Sylvia! The short answer is a definite NO! That route forms the first leg of the Wilderness Trail, can only be driven by 2 or more vehicles, no trailers, and you must return to the South African side, completing the trail. There is an access road to Mabuasehube which begins a few km north of Nossob, and this you can do with one vehicle. Two-way traffic, so watch it on the dunes!! I suppose you could rush it and sleep at the Main Gate in order to leave for Kang next day, but much better to overnight at Motopi 1 or 2, enjoy a fire, and relaaaax.... Hope this helps.
Jip you take the road direction Unions end u til you reach the road that go to Kaa gate. Nice two spoor road and not so bad. At Kaa gate you drive to Zutswa, Hakuntsi and Kang. The first part until you reach Zutswa is sand, some places osft sand, then gravel until Hakuntsi then Tar.
